Having a good knowledge and command to provide the best quality of Textile products with our speciality in TERRY TOWELS sectors, we have our own weaving and stitching/packing facilities with a highly professional and skilled team of 200 persons, from workers and managerial levels.

We have local made Terry power looms of width 76 inch equipped with jacquard, dobby, drop box in our premises having the capacity to weave more than 100000 kgs. per month. Apart from this, we have tide up with a large weaving mills installed Rapier Terry power looms grey width of 102 inches.

Al-Ghani has collaboration with a fine processing unit having imported machines to be used for towel dyeing and bleaching. This mill has recently installed a tumbler unit made by a German company for towel dyeing. We have latest stitching machines of Juki and Pegasus which can stitch towels and bath robes, 3000 kgs. in a single day easily.

The packing area is fully equipped for meeting of every product’s unique labeling and tagging requirements. Our packing supervisor, with his fully skilled team, checks each and every towel forwarded to him from cropping table before final packaging into cartons.
